Halloween Costumes

Well as you can see ..... we dressed up for Halloween. We wanted to dress up but it's hard here at work because you have to pick something that can not be referenced to anything "sexy". Yeah there are alot of perverts here at work. lol. So we thought this would be a safe bet. We had alot of fun making our costumes. The only problem we encountered was our boss thought we were little bo peeps. Imagine...he actually lived through the 50s, he should remember it. :)

Pumpkin Carving

Fridgy night the girls came over for our annual pumpkin carving party. It was alot of fun as usual. This year there was only 4 of us..me, Christa, Myrna & Stephanie.

I carved the puss -n- boots & the pirate. I LOVE Halloween!!!

Gadd's Harbour

Here are some pictures from Gadd's Harbour. It's one of Chris's favorite places to visit when we come home. This was my first visit there and I loved every minute of it. His father was born there and lived there for quite some time until they were basically forced to relocate. He enjoys going over there every chance that he can get now. He told me that it has always been and will always be his home.

Lisa & Shannon

After spending a couple of days with Tracey, Gordon & the girls...off we went to Botwood to visit my other sister Lisa, Shannon (brother in-law) & their 2 kids Matt & Emma. They currently live in Botwood and were in the process of moving into their new home which is now right beside the church. This will make it easier for Shannon since he's the youth Pastor and now Matthew will get to visit him all the time while he's trying to work :)

It was nice to finally see where my sisters live and to visit them for a change instead of them having to visit me at mom's house.

Here's my dad!!!!!!!!

Well for those of you who know me...now you understand where I get it from!!!

Here's my very unusual father goofing off again. What he loves to do best.

I have tons of memories of dad jumping out at us & trying to scare us when we were watching scary movies or while watching tv. He also loves to say things like.....the kettle isn't boiled the water in it might be though, don't run to the store you can just walk instead...or don't jump in the shower you might slip and i'll have to take you to the hospital.

He's always been so great. Love you dad!!!

Cookie time!!

We made yummy double chocolate chip cookies. Matt wanted to spend some alone time with his "FAVORITE" auntie. So we decided to bake cookies, Emma wanted to help too. They are such good little helpers.

The cookies were delicious and we ate them all while watching a movie later that night. Posted by Picasa

Gander Day

Gander day.....

Here I am with my 2 oldest nieces. Shelby on the left and Sarah on the right. We are on our way to the park to go on some rides, get fake tattoos and eat lots of junk food.

To end Gander Day there were amazing fireworks at the park. Definitely the best fireworks that I have ever seen...yup.....better then brampton!!!
I had the most amazing time and i'll always remember it.

Charlene was a brave soul to get on this ride with the girls. I couldn't do it. It spinned around and I would of been really really sick. I got sick watching them. Charlene was a good sport though, she even helped them spin it extra fast. They LOVED it!!!!! Posted by Picasa

Believe it or not...this was my first time on a ferris wheel. It was a mini kid ferris wheel, it was so much fun. Dad kept telling me that only kids are allowed on it....but he was wrong. :)

Yes.....I was a deprived youngster. Posted by Picasa
